Rules & Terms of Use

This is a translation for convenience; the German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of OmmeTV (ommetv.com), operated by Lucas Kleipödszus (lkmedia). By clicking “Start” you accept them. Using OmmeTV is free and requires no account.

2. Minimum age: 18

You must be at least 18 years old. Anyone younger may not use OmmeTV.

3. What is not allowed

• Nudity, sexual acts or sexual content of any kind • Harassment, insults, threats, bullying • Hate speech and discrimination, e.g. based on origin, religion, gender or sexual orientation • Showing off violence, self-harm, weapons or drugs • Any involvement or depiction of minors • Recording, photographing or streaming others without their consent • Advertising, spam, bots and redirecting people to other sites • Sharing other people's personal data • Anything that breaks the law

Please keep your face in view. An empty frame, a covered camera or a still image quickly leads to reports.

4. Reporting and moderation

Use the “Report” button on the video to report violations and illegal content. A still image and the chat log are sent to us (see the Privacy Policy). Abusive reports are a violation themselves.

Several reports from different people within a short time lead to an automatic, temporary ban. We also review reports manually and may ban temporarily or permanently. Banned people see a notice that they were banned for reported rule violations.

If you think a ban is wrong, email us at [email protected] with the date and approximate time. We will review the case again and reply (Art. 20 DSA).

5. Availability

OmmeTV is a free service. We try to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee any particular availability and may change or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for the behaviour or content of other users; we act as soon as we become aware of it. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.
